 Taking part in the Entrepreneurship Day at ENSEEIHT was an exceptionally enriching experience for me. Creating the fictitious start-up "Icure" was a complete immersion in project management, reflecting precisely what I aspire to do in my future engineering career.

This experience enabled me to fully appreciate the complexity of project management as a whole. Working on all aspects of the creation of "Icure" - from the conception of the scientific concept to strategic planning, team collaboration and the search for innovative solutions - has reinforced my conviction that project management is where I wish to concentrate my future efforts.

What's more, developing a solid business model, identifying target markets, assessing the resources required and drawing up a realistic roadmap have strengthened my understanding of the strategic aspects of project management. These skills are essential to ensure the success of a project in a professional environment.

I particularly appreciated this opportunity, as it enabled me to develop crucial skills in team management, strategic planning and innovation. These skills are not only essential for the success of a start-up, but are also proving to be invaluable assets for my future career as an engineer in project management.

To sum up, this entrepreneurship day was much more than just an activity. It was an immersive experience that reinforced my enthusiasm for project management. The creation of "Icure" was the catalyst for my in-depth understanding of this field, confirming my career choice and fuelling my passion for project management.
